I am running 100km for FOCXH

In July I will attempting, for the second time, to run 100km at Race to the Stones, an Ultra marathon along the Ridgeway. I am raising money for The Friends of Charing Cross Hospital, a charity that helps to improve the well-being of staff and patients of the Charing Cross Hospital in London.
